Description
This page is for people who are new to Moko products and haven't used them before. Each guide will take you through the steps of setting up the Gateway and adding an asset tag to the map. So select the product you purchased and follow the guide accordingly.

Important: We have guide specifically for the MK107D Pro. Please be aware that we currently do not provide support for other versions. However, we plan to support different versions in the future.

Troubleshooting
Update MK107PRO
- Open the MKScanner application on your device.
- Choose the gateway device you want to update.
- Tap on the three dots located at the top right corner of the screen to access the gateway's general settings.
- Select the "Master Firmware" option from the menu.
- Fill in the required fields with the following information:
- Host: 47.104.172.169
- Port: 8080
- File Path: /updata_fold/MK107Pro_V1.0.4A.bin
- Press the "Start Update" button to begin the update process.
- Wait for the update to complete successfully.
- Once the update is finished, go back to the gateway's general settings.
- Open the "Device Information" section.
- Check the "Master Firmware version" field. It should display "V1.0.4A" to confirm that the update was successful.
